JLBarcas Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2025. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for accessing and using the JLBarcas website at jlbarcas.com (the "Site"). By browsing or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Some areas of the Site — including the point of sale, returns, financing, and store-specific sections such as Pinturas Doal, Telcel locations, and Zapateria JLB — are restricted to authorized personnel. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by JLBarcas or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from JLBarcas.

Third-party brand names and logos — such as Alcatel, BlackBerry, HTC, Huawei, iPhone, Lanix, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Sony, Samsung, and Telcel — remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification purposes only.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. JLBarcas does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.

JLBarcas is an authorized Telcel distributor. Even so, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site, including product availability, pricing, or store details. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JLBarcas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or for any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
